It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Rincones (McAllen, Texas), who passed away on August 20, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Rincones; his sons, Joel A. Rincones "Joey" and Richard Edward Rincones; and his siblings, Esequiel, Melba, Elva, Ramiro and Richard. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
