He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam W. Harkey and Maurine L. Evans Harkey; his stepfather Woody Thompson; his brother Sam F. Harkey (Hector Ledezma); his daughter Chrissa R. Harkey; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Nicole Burling.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori H.; his son-in-law Donald J. Burling; his daughter Kimberly M.; his son-in-law Mark Velazquez; his granddaughter Jade M. Burling Mr (Cody Byrd); his husband Hector; and his pet Nikki.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 96008 Wade's Pl, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
