We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2021, Jesse M. Torrez (McAllen, Texas), born in Waelder, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mucio Torres and Enriqueta Quintero Torres; and his siblings, Guadalupe Torres, Anastacio and Carlos Torrez.

He is survived by: his wife Lily; his children, Elizabeth Ann (Israel Gonzalez), Mary Esther (Patrick Brickley) and David Edward (Karen Cannatela Torrez); and his siblings, Mary Maxine Torres and Robert (Angelina Torrez). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to the Serra Club of McAllen, Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, the Palm City Lion's Club or the Knights of Columbus.
