She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred S. Mendenhall and Juanita Marie Mendenhall; and her brothers, Lamont Mendenhall and Richard Mendenhall. She is survived by: her husband James R. Hinthorne of McAllen; her children, Kathleen Marie Satnek of Ellensburg, WA and Michael James Hinthorne of Ferndale, WA; and her siblings, Esther Batterton, Pamela Homan, Donald Mendenhall, Robert King and Karien Amirahsani.
