It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jane Mitchell Talbot of McAllen, Texas, born in White Plains, New York, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Catherine Cheatham Mitchell and Joseph C. Mitchell; her husband Morgan K. Talbot; her sons, Mark Mitchell Talbot and Morgan Keith Talbot; and her grandchildren, Margaret Jane Talbot, Morgan Leslie Talbot, Lauren Abigail Talbot and Abby. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
