He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Whitlock and Myrtle Fern Whitlock (Burns); his siblings, Lowell, Shirley, Larry, Brenda, Bonnie and Dennis; and his great grandchild Devon.
He is survived by: his wife Jennylue Jeanette Scarbrough (Jan) of Texas; his children, Sharon (Brian) of New Mexico, Jim Jr. (Tina) of Missouri and Sandra of Texas; his grandchildren, Nicole Thullen, Kaylynne Sims (Cody), Matthew, Kaydee, Codi and Chelsea Whitlock; his great grandchildren, Ashley Lynn, Sean, Landon Shiffermiller, Gage, Wyatt, Cody, Evelynne Sims and Zaiden Whitlock; and his siblings, Murray Whitlock of Texas, Betty Holmes of Indiana and Tina Johnson (Charles) of Indiana. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and friends.
