He was predeceased by: his former wife Isabel Ernestina Garza Brown; and his parents, William M. Brown (S. Cavalry) and Gertrudis Gomez Brown. He is survived by: his spouse Gertrudis Gomez (Tulitas); and his brother Oscar M. Brown. He is also survived by 11 children, 8 sons and 3 daughters, his four daughters, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
