He was predeceased by: his significant other Margaret. He is survived by: his sister Juanita Parks of Georgetown, TX; and his children, Douglas Clepper (Deanna), Rebecca Clepper Sallans (Fran) and Nyla Clepper Gordon. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to any children's charity in lieu of flowers.
