He is survived by: his wife Maria Juanita Leal-Perales; his children, Annalisa Marie Perales, Porfirio "Alex" Reyes, Jamie Reyes (Odalyz), Chico and Pistol; and his siblings, Ramiro Perales (Maria Antonia), Robert Perales (Betty Marie) and Juanita Perales Quintanar (Albert).
