He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maria Guadalupe and Leobardo De La Garza; his wife Ilda De La Garza; his children, Irasema De La Garza and Izmenia De La (Juan); his grandchildren, Itzel Rangel, Debanhi Rangel and Zuria Rangel; and his brothers, Samuel De La Garza and Leobardo De La Garza.
