Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Herminia leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mauricio Lechuga and Ofelia Morales Enrique; her daughter Norma Garcia; her husband Hilario Figueroa, Jr.; her sons, Mario Alberto Figueroa and Leonardo Lechuga Morales; and her siblings, Hermila Cruz, Elias Lechuga, Angel Lechuga and Carmen Villegas. She was also cherished by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rivera Funeral Home - McAllen (1901 Pecan Blvd, McAllen, TX 78501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Val Verde Memorial Gardens Cemetery (6200 Val Verde Rd, Donna, TX 78537).
