She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smolik and Pauline Smolik (Kutach); her husband John H. Belcik Sr.; her siblings, Irene Bush, Margaret Dolezal and Frankie Smolik; her daughter-in-law Teresa Belcik; and her grandsons, Paul Thomas and Nathan.
She is survived by: her children, John Belcik Jr. (Shaun), Charles Belcik (Mary Lee), Robert Belcik, Donald Belcik, Norman Belcik (Judy) and Cynthia Ebrom (Paul Jr.); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Collin, Meredith, Brandi, Chase, Isaac, John, Matt, Mandi, Denise, Greg, Daniel, Michael, Jeremy and Chris; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Henry, Dylan, Jadyn, Bryson, Zackary, Blake, Jason, Jorge, Leif, Matthew, Madison, Leo, Eli and Henrik. She is also survived by the oldest of two sisters and one brother.
