He was predeceased by: his parents, Jorge Flores and Rafaela Flores; and his siblings, Gloria Ortiz, Angelina Perez and Honore Flores.

He is survived by: his wife Emma Longoria Flores; his daughter Melissa Garza; his grandsons, Silvestre Garza (Trey), Ill and George Alec Garza; and his sisters, Angelica Longoria of Santee, CA, Lydia Armstrong of Houston, TX, Rosie Serna of Portage, WI and Julie Alaniz of McAllen, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
