He is survived by: his sons, Damian Fidel Soliz (Kimberly Stuart) and Kristian R Fidel Soliz (Karyna Zandoval); his nephew Matthew Guerrero; his grandchildren, Teagan Everleigh Soliz and Brodie Oliver Soliz; his mother Epifania Guerrero (La Pifi); and his siblings, Rosalinda Gonzalez (Ray), Louis A. Guerrero (Blanca), Sylvia G Rodriguez and Zoila R Reyes.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kreidler Funeral Home, Inc. (314 N 10th St, McAllen, TX 78501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:45 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Palm Valley Church (1720 E Griffin Pkwy, Mission, TX 78572). A reception was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Palms II Lounge (600 E 9th St, Mission, TX 78572).
