Garcia, Maria "Elena" Garcia, Carlota "Carla" Garcia, Jose Maria "Joe" Garcia and Maria "Marita" Garcia; his stepmother Maria Inez "Dora" Garcia; his sister-in-law Bertha Garcia; and his nephew Cesar Cantu.
He is survived by: his wife Lidia Reyna Garcia; his children, Rachel Rodriguez (Robert), Robert Garcia (Alma), Ricardo Garcia (Irene), Norma L. Garza (Ramiro), Mary Garcia-Lopez (Matthew), Linda Garcia and Diana Garcia; and his siblings, Janie Garza, Javier Garcia, Jose Luis Garcia, Mildred Garcia, Veronica Garcia and Eva Garcia. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
