He is survived by: his wife Martha Celia Salinas; his children, Esmeralda S. Padilla (Santiago), Federico Salinas Jr. (Julie), Salvador Salinas, Fernando Salinas (Maria), San Juanita Davison (Timothy), Eliud Salinas (Nikita) and Ruben Salinas (Kristina); and his siblings, Irene Salinas Villarreal, Adelina Villarreal, Natividad Salinas Villarreal and Manuela Peña. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
