She is survived by: her close friend Joseph Bires; her children, Manuel Vasquez III (Cynthia) and Maribel Castaneda Polk; her grandchildren, Samantha Marie Villarreal, Danielle Nicole Trevino, Isaiah Brandon Polk and Adrian Matthew Vasquez; her great grandchildren, Adyson Bel Aviles, Kaleb Alexander Villarreal and Ian Kash Lopez; and her siblings, Hector Casiano, Miraminda Vargas, Josefina Flores and Paulina Casiano.
