She is survived by: her children, Hermelinda Alvarez, Jesus Rangel, Rogelio Rangel, Socorro Sanchez and Irene Cortez; and her siblings, Adela Martinez, Elvira Ramirez, Isidra Gallegos and Jose Ramirez. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, several great- grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
