He is survived by: his wife Anita Trejo; his sons, Michael James Hodge (Mary Hodge), John Phillip Hodge (Marie Simonsson), Christopher Dale Hodge, Daniel Joseph Hodge (Irma Hodge), James Emeel Hodge (Rachel Hodge) and Anthony Arthur Hodge (Brenda Hodge); his grandchildren, Ashlee Hodge, Andrea Hodge Gonzales, Sarah Hodge Abernethy, Samantha Hodge, Joseph Hodge, Sabrina Hodge, Steven Hodge and Freja Simonsson Hodge; and his sisters, Josephine Saba and Sue Hana. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
