She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gordon Page and Eula Page; her husband Bob Bell (McAllen); her siblings, Melba Winfield (Gordon) and James Page (Virginia); her children, Bobby Bell (Lou Anne) and Kay Phillips (Jim); her grandchildren, Tracie Cipriano (Michael), Lisa Beno (Tim), Laura Bledsoe, Lisa McLaren (Ross), Devin Stiers, Trey Phillips (Veronica) and Jeff Phillips (Sharon); and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Carter, Elliott, Drew, Sagan, Gabrel, Bela, Harrison and Megan. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid, there will be a private graveside service officiated by Pastor Bill Hicks with a Celebration of Life to be held in the future.
