He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleuterio Adame and Guadalupe Adame. He is survived by: his wife Paulina Hernandez Adame; his sons, Juan Carlos Adame and Javier Adame; and his sisters, Maria Guardado, Francisca Cabrales and Carmen Martinez. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
