He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann; his children, Cynthia (Carlos), Melissa, Anika (James), Angela (Tobias) and Aaron David (Miranda); his grandchildren, Ty, Ava, Zack, Jacob, Alexis, Noah, Nevaeh, Nicholas, Alex, Maya, Nicole and AJ; and his siblings, Hilda G. Lara, Rosie Garza and Normalinda Montemayor (Oscar).
