It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Cisneros of McAllen, Texas, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Cisneros and Juanita Cisneros (Muniz). He is survived by: his wife Delia Cisneros; his children, David Cisneros, Veronica Cisneros, Melissa Tingley, Melinda Cisneros and Liana Cisneros; and his sister Diana Cortez. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
