He is survived by: his parents, Jose Rodriguez and Catarina Rodriguez; and his children, Lori Ann Rodriguez, Cindy Lee Rodriguez Elizondo, Daniel Rodriguez Jr., Charles Anthony Rodriguez and Peter Joel Rodriguez. He is also survived by his five children.
