He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ragsdale and Teresa Ragsdale. He is survived by: his wife Lulu Ragsdale; his children, Crystal Lu, Charles Eugene and Chad Emmitt (Valerie); his grandchildren, Carisa, Ethan, Cayla, Kaitlyn, Cody, Avery, Brooklyn and Natalia; and his sisters, Dana, Sarah and Angelina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
