It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Celestino Lopez Jr. of McAllen, Texas, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Celestino and Angelita; his sister Oralia Figueroa; and his son David C. Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Librada "Libby" Lopez; his children, Norma Hernandez (Jeff) and Danny Lopez (Jakki); his grandchildren, Xavier, Raena, Michael, Erin, Sara and Korbin; his great grandchild Sophia; and his siblings, Armando Lopez (Guadalupe), Aurelio Lopez (Rosie), Maruca Carrasco (Nino), Sylvia Martinez, Leticia Lopez and San Juanita Nava (Mario). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with social distancing orders, all necessary restrictions will be observed in order to protect the health and safety of those in attendance.
