We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2020, at the age of 98, Celestino Hinojosa of McAllen, Texas, born in Ballinger, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Celestino Hinojosa and Guillerma Benavides; his children, Guillerma, Oscar and Rebecca Hinojosa; his siblings, Apolonia, Julia, Guillermo and Teresa; and his grandson Tony.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Silvia Margarita, Reynaldo (Alma) and Rene Hinojosa; his niece Trinidad Barrera; his grandchildren, Claudia, Elias, Shereen Marie, Terence, Oscar Jr., Connie Severa, Celeste, Agustin, Rey Jr., Jesus, Roman and Daniela; his great grandchildren, Mark, Ray Limon, Jonatha Oscar, Sasha Mrei, Niel Marcos, Ivan, Genesis and Gabriel; and his siblings, Jesus, Juana and Aurelia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with social distancing orders, all necessary restrictions will be observed in order to protect the health and safety of those in attendance.
