It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Lou Sillavan Parish (McAllen, Texas), who passed away on August 13, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, William R. Parrish III (Pat) of Houston, James A. Parrish (Angie) of College Station and Vicki Parrish Cagnoni (Phil) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Andrea Buethe of Germany, Julie Parrish Venegas of McKinney, Ransom Parrish of Houston, Cara Parrish Ricks of Houston, Tai Parrish Lemaire of Houston and Andrew Cagnoni of San Antonio; and her stepgrandchild Wilson Echin.
