He is survived by: his wife Flor Mendez Camacho; his children, Xiomara Itzel Garcia Mendez and Karla Joanna Garcia Mendez; his mother San Juana Esquivel; his grandchildren, Carlos Eduardo Garcia Alaniz, Jr. and Kitana Kristabel Garcia Alaniz; and his siblings, Yadira Garcia, Juan Garcia and Jesus Garcia.
