He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Allen Sr. and Marie Woodland. He is survived by: his wife Eva R. Allen; his children, Ava M. Allen, Carl S. Allen III, Joyce A. Allen (Darin) and Scotty Allen (Minnie); his nephew Christopher Jude; and his sister Carla L. Gibson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
