She is survived by: her daughter Lynda; her son-in-law Dennis Holbrook of Mission; her son David Morrow Carlson of Utopia, Texas; her grandchildren, Russon Holbrook (Emily), Loryn Clark of Sharyland, Denae Jenkins (Rob) of Boerne, Kaylee Edwards (Garrett) of Sharyland, Krystal Bartlett (Zack) of Austin and Dakota McGowen Carlson of Sharyland; her nieces, Toni Vavra Sparks and Sheri Rowland; and her nephew Kyle Stephens.
She served on the Board of the Edinburg Arts Foundation.
