He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Maria and Esperanza Vallarta; and his siblings, Jesus Vallarta, Chano Vallarta and Remedios Vallarta.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cabañas De Vallarta of McAllen, TX; his children, Patricia Autran of McAllen, TX, Rafeal Autran of McAllen, TX, Blanca Vallarta, Adrian Vallarta of Weslaco, TX and Alejandra Russell of Houston, TX; and his siblings, Ignacio Vallarta, Jose Guadalupe Vallarta, Emiliano Vallarta, Francisco Vallarta, Michoacan Mexico and Olivia Vallarta of Michoacan Mexico. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren & 1 great-grandson.
