He is survived by: his wife Rosa Elvira Martinez (Ramirez); his children, Julio Cesar Martinez, Carlos Alberto Martinez and Brenda Grisel Martinez; and his siblings, Rita Elena Silva Garcia, Graciela Silva Garcia, Maria (Carmen Silva Garcia), Olga Lydia Silva Garcia, Yvette Silva Garcia, Jesus Silva Garcia, Tomas Silva Garcia and Jaime Silva Garcia.
