He is survived by: his wife Maria Alicia Mancha Islas; his children, Melinda Islas Perez (Cristobal) and Albert Islas; his grandchildren, Ashley Islas Martinez (John), Kyria Islas, Daniel Anthony Reza (Kaylee) and Thomas Reza (Destiny); his great grandchildren, Xienna, Nyla, John Jr., Amelia, Jonah and Remi; and his siblings, Anacleto Jr., Tomas Sr. and Mayita Guerra. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rivera Funeral Home - McAllen (1901 Pecan Blvd, McAllen, TX 78501). A rosary was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Memorial Gardens (3605 N Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
