With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antonio Cavazos Jr. of McAllen, Texas, who passed away on March 5, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Munoz Cavazos and Felicitas Espino Cavazos; his sisters, Alicia Diaz and Rachel Burinham; his grandson Michael Anthony Cavazos; and his nephew David Antonio Sanchez.
He is survived by: his children, Antonio M. Cavazos III, Andrew A. Cavazos, Criselda Fuentes, Arlene A., Michelle A., Jocelyn A., Geovanna A. and Zoe A. Cavazos; and his siblings, Lupe Guzman, Arnold Ochoa, Elma Sanchez, Felicitas Olivarez, America Escobedo and Fernando Cavazos.
Along with other brothers in Christ, he was able to organize donations to give away food and clothes to impoverished areas in that region.
