He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Alvarez and Ponciana Alvarez; and his son Jorge A. Ornelas. He is survived by: his wife Bertha R Alvarez; his children, Alma Rosa Alvarez, Dora Elia Alvarez, Maria G Bhatt, Antonio B. Alvarez, Bertha Maria Alvarez, Victor Hugo Ornelas, Cynthia Ornelas, Julio Cesar Ornelas and Luis Miguel Alvarez; and his siblings, Francisco J Alvarez Castillo, Homero Alvarez Castillo, Ana Maria Alvarez Castillo of Jesus Alvarez and Maria Magdalena Alvarez Castillo. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren 10 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with social distancing orders, all necessary restrictions will be observed in order to protect the health and safety of those in attendance.
