Garcia of McAllen; his children, Cynthia Mancha (Robert Mancha) of Mission, Michael Garcia (Juan Mendoza) of McAllen and Deborah Mora (Christopher Mora) of Edinburg; his grandchildren, Robert James Mancha, Isabella Marie Mancha, Troy Alexander Champion, Olivia Grace Mora, Anna Mora and Isabella Mora; and his siblings, Oscar Garcia (Celia Garcia), Stella Canales (Rene Canales) and Esperanza Cremar (Mario Cremar).
