With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alonzo Menchaca of McAllen, Texas, who passed away on June 11, 2020 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gorgonio Menchaca and Herminia Menchaca (Ortega); his wife Eloisa Menchaca; and his son Roberto Menchaca. He is survived by: his children, Alonzo Menchaca Jr. (Rafaela), Carolina Gomez (Julio) and Noe Menchaca (Emma). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
