He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Mancera and Nieves Mancera. He is survived by: his wife Norma Hernandez Mancera; his children, Cynthia Mancera (Daniel Frausto) and Alfonso Valentin Mancera (Adriana Dominguez); his stepdaughters, Perla Lissette Hernandez Cristobal and Johana Arlene Hernandez Cristobal; his stepgrandson Emilio Hernandez Cristobal; his siblings, Luciano Mancera, Teresa Mancera, Ana Gonzalez, Lydia Mendiola, Maurilia Paez and Tina Triskett (Bob); and the mother of his children Gloria Mancera. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
