He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Ann Frances Simmons and John Henry Simmons; and his daughter Lacie Michelle Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Renee Nauman Simmons; his brothers, Randy Simmons (Julie) and Doug Simmons; his daughters, Amber Simmons, Tamara Simmons-Rodriguez (Johnny) and Elizabeth Simmons-Lay (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Macenzie Simmons, Alexandria Simmons, Andrew Simmons, Carl, J. P. Rodriguez, Gavin, Riley and Grayson Lay. He is also survived by His daughters then gave him his beloved grandchildren.
