She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Curts and Ruby Curts; her husband Tommy Mathers; and her brother Harold Curts. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Mathers (Lana) of Maypearl, Laurie Montanez of Maypearl, Eddy Mathers (Debbie) of Maypearl and Greg Mathers (Patti) of Maypearl; her grandchildren, Amanda Williams, Chelsea Mathers, Stephen Evans, Kathy Williams, Cheyenne Montanez, Garrett Mathers, Katelyn Ellis, Madison Fulton and Mason Mathers; her great grandchildren, Lyberti, Lynlee, Luke, Leevi Evans, Blake, Henley Williams and Brennan Coker; and her sisters, Nana Lou Dudley and Gwen LaRue of Midlothian.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church-Maypearl (5744 FM 66, Maypearl, TX 76064). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Oak Branch Cemetery Association at the Cowboy Bank of Texas in Maypearl, Texas.
