He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Sr. Garza and Francisca Garza; and his brother Luis Garza. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Corpus Garza; his sons, Pete Garza III (Michelle) and David Garza; and his granddaughters, Crystal Hernandez (Juan), Alexandria Lacombe (Raymond) and Sara Garza. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
