He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Morin and Manuela Garza; his wife Hilda V. Morin; and his brother Victor Manuel Garcia, Jr. (Rudy). He is survived by: his son Rudy Morin, Jr. of Mathis; and his siblings, Diana Garza Morin of Bryan, Yolanda Aguilar of Rockport, Ruben Garcia (Irma) of Olivia Minnesota, Roel Morin of Mathis and David Morin of Rockport. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
