He is survived by: his children, Laura J. Garcia and Roy Lopez Garcia, Jr.; his grandchildren, Veronica M. Garcia, Priscilla M. Garcia and Roy L. Garcia, III; his great grandchildren, Jayson J. Garcia, Miracle Medina, Edgar R. Medina and Lauren N. Garcia; and his siblings, Guadalupe G. Torres (Alex), Olivia G. Blumberg (Jim), Ninfa G. Avalos (late Jesus) and Thomas M. Garcia (Maria Refugia). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and extended family.
