He is survived by: his daughter Rosa Ruiz; his siblings, Magdalena Medrano, Isabel Ornelas, Jose Gonzales Jr. and Noe Gonzales; his grandchildren, Isaac Ruiz, Isabel Ruiz and Illiana Ruiz; and his great grandchild Kingston Romeo Simmons.
