He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Herrera and Inez Herrera; his daughter Anita Martinez (Herrera); and his great grandchild Malorie Marie Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Maria Garza Herrera; his children, Adelaida Dominguez (Robert), Rosa M. Herrera, Remigio G. Herrera Jr. (Isabel), Ramiro G. Herrera (Lizette), Ramon G Herrera, Reynaldo Herrera, Roberto Herrera (Rosalinda), Rene Herrera (Melinna) and Ricardo Herrera (Audrey); and his brother Jose Herrera (Maria). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
