It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Ruiz Rivas (Mathis, Texas), born in Taft, Texas, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafael Ruiz and Josefa Ruiz; her husband Armando Rivas Sr.; her daughter Amanda Salinas; and her brothers, Carlos and Joey Ruiz.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel Rivas (Joe Ray), Armando Rivas Jr. (Sunshine), Robert Rivas, Jesse Rivas and Reynaldo Ramirez (Patricia); and her siblings, Cynthia Ruiz, Betty Echavarria, Rafael Ruiz Jr., Israel Ruiz, Jessie Ruiz and Juan Ruiz. She is also survived by 36 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
