He is survived by: his children, Noe Moreno Jr. (Rosalie), Jesse Moreno (Ofelia), Rudy Moreno (Mary Helen), Ernest Moreno (Margie) and Mariana Sanchez (Richard); and his siblings, Lionel Moreno, Gocha Moreno and Magdalena Ruiz. He is also survived by 14 grandkids; 25 great-grandkids and one great greatgrandchildren.
