She was predeceased by: her parents, Librado Castro Sr. and Petra Torres (Doroteo Garibay Sr.); her spouse Doroteo Garibay Sr.; her daughter Margarita Gonzales; and her siblings, Herlinda Hudson and Eduardo Castro.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Marez of Corpus Christi, Jaime Garibay of Orange Grove, Doroteo Garibay Jr. of Mathis, Norma Carmack (Jim) of San Antonio, Hector, Kon Garibay (Bernadette) of Mathis and Mario Garibay (D'Ann) of Mathis; and her siblings, Maria Concepcion Gutierrez of Odem, Elvira Trevino of Mathis, Librado Castro Jr. of Mathis and Claudio Castro of Michigan. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
