He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Gutierrez and Margarita Gutierrez; his wife Teresa Gutierrez; his siblings, Rafael Gutierrez, Simon Gutierrez Jr., Robert Gutierrez, Elodia Hernandez, Carolina Ganbill and Aurelia Amador; and his grandson Kiki Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Sabrina Gonzales and David Gutierrez; and his siblings, Maria Hernandez, Librada Sanchez, David Gutierrez and Rene Gutierrez. He is also survived by Ten Grandchildren, Six Great Grandchildren, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
